College Football is back! After a partial season last year, the anticipation is very high. The season starts Saturday the 4th for many Indiana colleges.

For the Indiana University Hoosiers, they are facing the Iowa Hawkeyes at 3:30 pm on Saturday. Indiana currently stands at #17 in the preseason rankings, with Iowa right below at #18. According to ESPN, Iowa is favored to win by a fairly slim margin, with the matchup predictor giving the Hawkeyes a 58.3% chance of winning.

For the Purdue University Boilermakers, they will be facing the Oregon State Beavers on Saturday at 7 pm. Neither team is currently ranked. Purdue is hugely favored to win, with a 75.7% chance, according to ESPN.

For the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, they are going against the Florida State Seminoles on Sunday the 5th at 7:30 pm. Notre Dame is sitting at #9 in the rankings, while Florida State is not ranked. The Matchup Predictor has Notre Dame at a 71.3% chance of winning, according to ESPN.

It should be a good weekend for Indiana Football, but there are other matchups to look out for as well. Michigan State and Northwestern go head to head Friday at 9 pm, and #19 Pennsylvania State faces #12 Wisconsin Saturday at noon.
