The Duneland Kiwanis is holding a Trash and Treasure sale next Friday and Saturday, September 24th and 25th at the Duneland Family YMCA. The sale could be a wonderful opportunity to find new treasures and thrifty items. Proceeds from the sale will go towards the Duneland Kiwanis club. The proceeds will help be given to the lives of children that need it the most.  For example, the Kiwanis help with stuff like school supplies or something for school clubs. The club serves all the members of the Duneland community. The Kiwanis are an international group with multiple people that are willing to dedicate their time to helping children’s lives. The sale will take place on September 24th and will run from 8 am to 5 pm that day.  On Saturday, September 25th, the sale will run from 8 a.m. just until 12 p.m. The event will be held at the Duneland Family YMCA, on Roosevelt St. in Chesterton, IN.
