Making bracelets is a craft that has brought young creative people together for years. Using string and beads to create simple customized jewelry to trade between friends is something most have experience with. On Friday, March 15, The Westchester Public Library is holding Bracelets Galore! The event is a chance for 9-12th grade students to hang out and make bracelets while meeting new people.
The Bracelets Galore craft event will begin at 3:30 PM, located in the Thomas Branch of the Westchester Public Library. The library is on 200 W. Indiana Ave in Chesterton. The event will provide embroidery threads, beads, stretchy string, and other craft materials for participants to use in creating these bracelets!
Registration for the event began March 8th, so it’s encouraged that anyone interested register for the event as soon as possible. Attendees can register for the event on the Westchester Public Library’s website, www.wpl.lib.in.us or by calling their phone number at 219-926-7696!
