The Chesterton Art Center held the Chesterton High School ArtExhibit April 18- 28. This exhibit showcased multiple Chesterton student’s artwork from the 2021-22 school year. The students were hand selected by their teacher for their hard work and beautiful outcome. There were digital designs, ceramics, jewelry, photography, drawings, paintings, and so much more. With such incredible pieces of art, the Chesterton Art show was highly attended and very successful. Students from ninth to twelfth grade were featured, and multiple people went to enjoy the artwork that followed the K-8 art show the week before.

A few featured pieces were,

Kai Marten drew the beloved Kit Kat bar, with all of his intricate details, making it look as if it was a photo of an actual bar.
Cecelia Dardeau threw this piece on the wheel and used a nice ombré pink and blue finish.

Jessica Manojlovic had a drawing of a bowl of grapes that had different features.
Libby Cunningham did a drawing of Nikki Manaj with beautiful scale.
Bayli Stills made an enameled key chain in her CHS Jewelry class.

If you are interesting in being in an art program at CHS, make sure you schedule a class before the end of the school year!
