Starbucks is a popular coffee choice around the world. And right here in Chesterton, Starbucks finally has its own building! As most know, Starbucks is currently (and inconveniently) located inside the well-known grocery chain, Jewel-Osco, at 747 Indian Boundary Road. 

     Now, this new Starbucks will be exponentially more popular considering it will be a stand-alone building. This new location will be the site of the old Chesterton Kentucky Fried Chicken, which closed back in 2021. After an extended period of construction, the building will finally be renewed as a Starbucks Cafe.  It is going to be next to the Dunkin Donuts. Starbucks is well liked in the current area, and it’s only going to be more popular once it is built. 

This cafe will be an excellent addition to the area, as people can go and enjoy their coffee, without having to go inside the Jewel-Osco, or if they would like to sit down and enjoy their food, it will be much more spacious for people to sit and enjoy. Starbucks is such a popular spot due to its abundance of food and drink options available.
