Elizabeth Hoch is currently in 11th grade at CHS. She loves to paint, skateboard, and shop in her spare time. If she could change places with any character in a movie, it would be Jennifer from Jennifer’s Body, because she thinks this character is a good role model. If she could throw away any book, it would be her terminology book. The reason was “Just all of it, it makes me mad talking about it.”
When Hoch was asked what color best describes her personality, she responded, “ A light pink, I think it’s just a really fun, bubbly color!”. She also thinks of herself as a pen person instead of a pencil person, and if she could invent anything, it would be the cure to cancer.
Halloween is coming up, which means it’s time for plans, candy, and costumes. Elizabeth’s favorite candy is Candy Corn, and she said, “I like candy corn, I feel like it’s really over-hated, and it’s like not even that bad.” This Halloween, she is dressing up as Angelina Ballerina, but does not plan on going trick-or-treating. Hoch also likes scary movies, such as the Terrorifier and the first Ghost Face movies. When asked if The Nightmare Before Christmas was a Halloween movie or a Christmas movie, she says that it is more of a Halloween movie. Thank you so much for being on Student Spotlight, Elizabeth! Happy Halloween, Everyone!
