Thursday, June 11, 2026 – Incoming 7th–9th graders (LMS, WMS & freshmen)
Tuesday, June 16, 2026 – Returning CHS athletes
⏰ Time: 5:30 – 8:00 PM
📍 Location: Chesterton High School (Enter Door 31)

💲 Cost: $25 (plus online processing fee)

🖥 Sign-Up Information:
Time slots will open on Monday, May 4 at 8:00 AM through Eventlink. Be sure to register early, as spots will fill quickly.

All student-athletes entering grades 7–12 who plan to participate in athletics must have a completed IHSAA physical.

📝 Important Reminders:

Sign up for a 10-minute time slot through Eventlink
FinalForms must be completed and signed by BOTH parent/guardian and student prior to arrival
Bring printed IHSAA Physical Forms
Wear shorts & a t-shirt
Bring glasses or contacts for vision screening
Avoid high-intensity workouts prior to your physical
⚠️ Note: Athletes will NOT be cleared without passing the vision screening or having completed forms.
