With summer on the horizon, joy and laughter fill the school as students discuss their plans. Furthermore, as seniors head to college, they are actively deciding on career paths and future goals. During an interview with Sophia Sylvester, a senior at CHS, the newspaper staff asked if she knew anything about what was happening. She explained that students celebrated their achievements by enjoying ice cream and participating in various activities during the event. Additionally, the staff asked what this meant for the seniors. “Seniors will be finalizing choices with counselors and taking photos to announce their future university plans,” Sylvester noted. After years of hard work and self-discovery, their accomplishments reflect what it means to be a Trojan. To cultivate a positive environment, the staff will likely have music playing during lunch. For this year’s seniors, there will be something fun in store, so keep an eye out. Finally, the staff asked why people should attend. “It is a really great opportunity for everyone to come together, celebrate, and support each other as we prepare for what’s next,” Sylvester added.
